Responsibilities

• Plan and implement daily lessons based on Montessori principles and Jolly Phonics methodology
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Guide children in developing age-appropriate social, emotional, and academic skills
• Observe and document student progress, communicating regularly with parents
• Maintain a clean, organized, and resource-rich learning space
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events and professional development

Required Skills or Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Certification in Montessori Education (0–6 years preferred) / Jolly Phonics trained
• SHOULD LIVE IN ASHALEY BOTWE AND ITS ENVIRONS
