Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons in accordance with the GES-approved curriculum
• Create an engaging, inclusive, and child-friendly learning environment
• Prepare lesson notes, teaching aids, and assessment tools
• Use a variety of teaching methods, including technology integration and learner-centered strategies
• Assess and monitor student progress and provide feedback
• Maintain discipline, order, and positive classroom management
• Communicate regularly with parents and school administration
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and continuous professional development

Required Skills or Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field
• Knowledge of the GES curriculum and teaching methodologies
• Minimum of 3 years teaching experience  (experience with BECE preparation is an advantage for JHS roles)
• Proficiency in the use of technology for teaching and assessments 
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Passion for teaching and love for working with children
