Roles & Responsibilities

• Assessing credit worthiness of potential customers and conducting credit analysis
• Prospectiing for potential customers and meeting sales targets
• Focusting on achieving business objectives and maximizing sales performance
• Analyzing loan portfolios and monitor performance
• Assisting with other lending and credit functions as needed
• And other duties that may be assigned.

Required Skills or Experience

• Strong understanding of lending and credit principles and practices
• Strong persuasive and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be reliable and good work ethics
• Strong presentation skills 
• Experience in a financial institution is plus
• 3+ experience in a similar role
• HND in Accounting, Marketing or related field.
