Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve dealership goals and revenue targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to maximise sales performance.
  • Set monthly and annual sales objectives and track progress through performance metrics
    and KPIs.
  • Provide clear direction, motivate others, and manage team performance effectively.
  • Recognise business opportunities and apply commercial insight to drive profitability.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the vehicle sales department, including inventory control,
    pricing strategies, and customer engagement

Required Skills or Experience

  • Automotive certificate or relevant Managerial certificate is essential.
  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience in the automotive industry.
  • 3 years proven working experience at supervisory / management level in vehicle sales.
  • Working experience in Asset and Stock Controlling & on Dealership Systems.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislation in the automotive industry including POPIA,
    Labour Relations Act, Health & Safety, trade practices etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of motor vehicles and the automotive sales industry.
  • Sound knowledge of Tender Management and familiar with Ghana Public Procurement
    Process.
  • Strong financial acumen - budgeting, forecasting, and analysing financial performance.
  • Understanding of digital sales channels, market trends, and campaign analysis.
