Job Description

• Location: Kpone Barrier - Tema Community 25

• Reconciliation of customers’ accounts with accuracy and with no supervision
• Conduct warehouses and depots physical stocks taking and reconciliation 
• Oversee and manage the general ledger, ensuring proper entries are made. 
• Review and monitor accounts for discrepancies or irregularities. 
• Monitor and improve internal control procedures to safeguard company assets
• Supervise junior accountants, providing guidance and training. 
• Support team development, ensuring adherence to best practices and professional development. 
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports for management 
• Perform financial analysis and report on key financial metrics. 

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance (required) 
• Master’s degree in Accounting or CA is an added advantage
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting and finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a must 
• Must be ready to join immediately 
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills. 
• Strong organizational and communication skills 
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
