Job Summary

The Virtual Assistant will provide high-level administrative support, manage routine operational tasks, and act as the right hand to executive leadership or departmental teams. This role requires a tech-savvy, resourceful professional who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment while delivering prompt, reliable support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, send reminders, and coordinate virtual events or appointments.
  • Draft, proofread, and respond to emails and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain digital files, update records, organize databases, and conduct light data entry.
  • Handle basic customer inquiries, follow up with leads, and assist in customer service functions when required.
  • Track project deadlines, monitor deliverables, and provide support with task management tools.
  • Manage posts, engage with audiences, and assist in basic content planning if required.
  • Conduct internet-based research and present findings in clear, concise formats.
  • Occasionally support executives with personal admin tasks (e.g., travel booking, reminders, online purchases).

Required Skills or Experience

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Reliable internet and a quiet, professional working environment
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus
