Job Description

• Oversee the daily operations of construction sites and coordinate activities of subcontractors and staff.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and documents.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical advice 
• Manage project resources, machinery, and materials efficiency.
• Implement safety and compliance protocols to create a secure work environment.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
• Report regularly on project status to senior management and clients.
• Any other assignment given to you by your supervisor/Management.

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in the construction industry, preferably 2+ years.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficient in CAD software and MS Office; familiarity with project management software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations.
• Availability to visit the construction site outside of business hours, when relevant.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with high accuracy in calculations and design.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams, handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Ability to drive and possession of a driver's License is an added advantage.
