A reputable customer service company with branches in Ghana is seeking Customer Relationship Advisors

About the Role
As a Customer Relationship Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers helping, guiding, and solving problems with empathy and professionalism.

Your goal is to build trust, strengthen relationships, and leave every customer feeling heard and valued.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling inbound calls, emails, or chats with a focus on providing a first-class customer experience
  • Resolving product or service issues quickly and effectively
  • Building rapport and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Identifying opportunities to add value or offer additional support
  • Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases
  • Logging and updating customer interactions accurately in our CRM system

Required Skills or Experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Educational background or training in customer service, sales, or call center roles

Educational Qualifications

  • Diploma, HND and Degree Holders
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Positive, solution-focused attitude and team spirit
  • Ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy and confident navigating digital tools (CRMs, chat platforms, etc.)
