- Secretary / Office Staff
- Location: East Airport
- Starting Salary: GHC 2,000 per month
A buisiness is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced Secretary / Office staff to join the construction and rental team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of the apartment facility and equipments, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- filing, responding to messages and emails
- Signing of and evaluation of contracts
- Supervise day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the apartment complex.
- Coordinate staff duties and ensure high service standards are maintained.

- liaising with service providers for timely repairs.
- Maintain tenant records and handle tenant queries or concerns professionally.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and procurement processes.
- Prepare reports on occupancy, expenses, maintenance, and other operational metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive initiatives to improve efficiency and resident satisfaction
- Provide regular feedback to management and participate in strategic planning.
Required Skills or Experience
- Age Range: 25 – 37 years
- A minimum of a certificate or diploma in related field
Requirements and Competencies:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- experience in building maintenance and related equipment service and maintenance
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- A strategic thinker who can anticipate challenges and find effective solutions.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent command of the English language and effective communication skills.
- Must possess strong management, IT, planning, and leadership skills.
- A desire to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Technical skills (e.g., knowledge of building systems, maintenance coordination, or facility management tools)
