Supply of Teaching & Learning Materials and School Bags
- A consortium of organizations; ChildFund Korea, Children Believe and AG CARE Ghana, being financed by KOICA is implementing a project; “Quality and Inclusive Early Childhood Education Services for all Children Phase 2 (QAIECE)” in the East and West Mamprusi Municipalities of the North East Region of Ghana. The project seeks to ensuring quality kindergarten basic education opportunities to support the physical, cognitive, and psychosocial development of 4–5-year-old children in the project area.
- AG CARE Ghana in partnership with Children Believe and ChildFund Korea intends to procure the services of a vendor for the supply of any or all of the following:

- All bags should be of the same colour and design with the following: Height = 38cm, Width = 28cm and Depth = 15cm.
- Bags should be made of leather. (locally produced bags preferred).
- The front of the bags should be plain without any design.
- The plain surface of the bags can be any colour except blue, green or black.
- Brand all bags with two prescribed logos at the plain surface of the bag.

How To Apply
- Bidders should refer to the appendix below for samples of all items except the workbooks.
- AG CARE Ghana now invites sealed bids for the proposed supply of any or all of the items listed in 2a and 2b.
Interested eligible bidders shall submit a sealed envelope containing the following documents:
- Cover Letter expressing interest, time of delivery, terms and conditions of payment.
- A stamped invoice detailing the unit price, quantity and total price for each of the items.
- Valid Registrar General Certificate & Certificate of Incorporation of company
- Valid GRA Clearance Certificate
- Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
- Valid VAT Registration Certificate
- Valid PPA Certificate
- A sample of each of the items you are bidding for.
- Experience with similar supplies
- Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Ghana Cedis and shall remain valid for 90 days from the closing date of bids submission.
- All supplies or items shall be delivered to the Project Office in Walewale.
- Completed bids documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with Reference Number of the Item and delivered on or before 23rd July 2025 at 4pm to the address below.
- Late bids will be rejected.
- Electronic bidding will not be permitted.
