INVITATION AECI Ghana Limited is an explosive entity with its headquarters in Bogoso and with five (5) different operating sites in Ghana and it’s engaged in the manufacturing and supply of explosives. AECI currently needs the services of a reputable and experienced Catering Management company to render Catering service to the AECI Goldfields Tarkwa and AngloGold Iduapriem sites. Reputable organisations with vast experience in the mentioned business in Ghana are hereby invited to bid for the service for a period of One (1) year renewable. SCOPE OF WORKS/SUPPLY
LOCATION The Canteen services shall be provided at AECI Goldfields and AngloGold Iduapriem sites, within Tarkwa. INCLUSIONS Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Request to Tender, the Contractor shall supply all labour, raw materials, processed or semi-processed foods, Gas, Plates & Cutlery and supervision necessary for the operations. EXCLUSIONS Exclusions are items, facilities, or activities that are very essential in ensuring successful execution of the services by the contractor but will be provided by the company as agreed and detailed as below: Transportation of prepared meals from Caterer’s facility to AECI Tarkwa and Iduapriem sites. How To Apply PAYMENTS In consideration of the fulfilment by the contractor of his obligations under this agreement, the Contractor shall submit to the Company (Finance Department) through the Human Resource Department at end of each month, an invoice for the services delivered and accepted by the principal’s representative. These payments are subject to the Company’s Thirty days payment policy. TENDER OPENING, EVALUATION & ADJUDICATION The company will open, examine, evaluate, and adjudicate the tender and no information will be disclosed to any tenderer, and reason for awarding /not awarding will not be made public. The Company shall notify the successful tenderer, within 14 days of opening of the acceptance and presenting the contract and “Letter of Acceptance”. TENDER VALIDITY The tender shall be valid for 14 working days. REQUEST FOR QUOTE The tenderer should quote the best competitive price PRE-REQUISITE Documents needed and shall form part of the submission from potential contractor
