Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Compliance

  • Responsible for ensuring the company’s compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Vigilant and up to date on law adjustments, modifications applicable to the company’s operations.
  • Investigate any possible loopholes to non-compliance and report, giving remedies and solutions.

Increase techniques to satisfy compliance responsibilities.

  • Give labour legal guidelines
  • Navigating the complex panorama of legal necessities.
  • Ensure that the company keeps away from legal pitfalls
  • Build a recognition for integrity and adherence to the regulation.

Maintaining Records

  • Act as custodian of corporate statistics, meticulously retaining accurate and up to date documentation.

In-house Legal Counsel

  • Assist in contract negotiations with the company’s various stakeholders, (e.g., clients, contractors, suppliers, service providers, etc.) Draft contracts and liaise with company’s external counsel.

Administration

  • Assist in the preparation of periodic admin reports, assist in providing general support to all departments, ensure equipment are always operational; maintaining equipment inventories; maintain supplies inventory; verifying receipt of supplies received; handling sensitive information in a confidential manner; assisting in resolving administrative problems and overseeing and supervising admin junior staff.
