How To Apply

Technical and financial proposals of organizations should reflect the following:

Evidence of registration with the Government of Ghana.
Evidence of similar successfully completed projects.
Experience with assignments of a similar nature in the last 3 years or demonstrated ability to deliver on the assignment.
Policies and procedure documents that guide the activities and operations of the organization will be reviewed post-selection as part of due diligence. Examples of such policy documents are finance manuals, human resource policies, health and safety policy, child protection policy, etc.
References/Referees (3): 2 must be technical referees in areas of work interest.
Audited annual statements of accounts of the three (3) preceding years, audited by a properly certified person or entity recognized by a national or international professional body.
Valid GRA Tax clearance certificate
Valid SSNIT clearance certificate

Note: financial proposal must be separated from technical proposal.

Interested suppliers who meet the above requirements are to must be submitted by 5pm Tuesday, July 22 2025 via GHProcurement@wateraid.org
