Responsibilities

• Oversee daily television operations, including programming and production
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance audience engagement and drive revenue growth
• Manage and coordinate production teams, ensuring high-quality production standards
• Analyse viewer ratings and feedback to adjust programming and improve audience satisfaction
• Foster partnerships with advertisers and sponsors to maximise profitability and brand presence
• Manages day-to-day operations of a television station with a hands-on approach.
• Works with department heads to create a collaborative work environment.

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Broadcasting, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in television content management or a similar role
• Strong leadership, organisational, and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
• Knowledge of broadcasting regulations and compliance
• Technical proficiency with broadcasting equipment and software
• Familiarity with the television production process and industry standards
• Experience with content scheduling and programming
• Background in marketing and audience engagement
• Proficiency in using technical broadcast equipment and software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
