Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all agricultural activities such as planting, irrigation, harvesting and fertilisation.
• Prepare budget and financial reports for farm operations.
• Keep detailed record of production,expenses, sales and labour. 
• Manage and supervise farm workers and labourers.
• Analyse production data and weather conditions to improve farm output.

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications

• Degree in agriculture, agribusiness, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of crops, livestock management techniques.
• Good organisational and problem solving skills.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Understanding of budgeting and record keeping.
