Job Description

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, personable, and organized Client Experience Manager to lead our retail shop in delivering exceptional service to every customer. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales and customer relationship skills with solid administrative abilities to ensure seamless shop operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage clients warmly, sharing expert knowledge about products, and cultural significance.
  • Identify client needs, recommend suitable products, and drive sales to meet monthly targets.
  • Manage after-sales service and follow-ups to build lasting client relationships.
  • Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper display of merchandise.
  • Process sales transactions, track inventory, and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and provide administrative support to the shop owner as needed.
  • Support and coordinate part-time staff or assistants to maintain high service standards.
  • Assist in training new team members on customer service best practices.
  • Contribute ideas for promotions, social media content, and in-store events to attract new customers and retain existing ones

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelors’ degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail sales, client service, or administrative roles (fashion, textiles, or craft retail experience is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident speaking with diverse clientele.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with sales reports and stock records.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS systems).
