Job Description

• Location: Behind Oxyma filling station, New Dawhenya on Aflao road

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Prepare all local foods 
• Cleaning and Sanitizing: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and keeping equipment and utensils clean and organized.
• Stock Management: Assist in keeping track of inventory, including checking stock levels, restocking ingredients, and rotating perishable items to minimize waste.

Required Skills or Experience

• WASSCE, Diploma or HND 
• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a plus but not mandatory
• Must be polite and respectful
• Must be dedicated to the work and comply with the rules of management
• Must be hardworking 
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Applicant who live  around Dawhenya and Central University will be given priority
