Job Description

We're looking for a seasoned Store Manager to lead our high-end apparel store in Labone. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless store operations. You'll oversee a team of two sales executives and play a key role in developing business strategies to raise customer engagement and optimize profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Meet sales targets by training, motivating, and providing feedback to sales staff
• Develop business strategies to increase customer pool, expand store traffic, and drive sales growth
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and respond to customer complaints and comments in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Supervise and lead a team of Sales Executives, conducting personnel performance appraisals and building career paths
• Analyze sales figures, forecast future sales, and interpret trends to facilitate planning
• Organize special promotions, displays, and events to drive sales and customer engagement

Required Skills or Experience

• At least 2 years of retail experience, with 1 year of leadership experience
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Knowledge of accounting, marketing, and strategic planning
• College degree or related experience in retail management or a similar fiel
