Invitation To Tender (ITT)

Construction of Early Childhood Development Center (ECD) at Zugu in the Yendi Municipality

Ref: AG-0507/ECD/ZG/01/25

AG CARE Ghana in partnership with Children Believe has been implementing a child development program within the Yendi and its environs aimed at providing an enabling environment for the holistic development of the child.
AG CARE Ghana in partnership with Children Believe intends to construct a standardized Early Childhood Development Centre at Zugu in the Yendi Municipality.
AG CARE Ghana now invites sealed tenders for the proposed Construction of an ECD Centre at Zugu in the Yendi Municipality with Ref: AG-0507/ECD/ZG/01/25.

How To Apply

Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the link below or inspect tender documents at the office of Finance & Administration Officer in Tamale at AG Care Ghana Northern Field Office during working hours from 8am - 4pm.
A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenderers from the link https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/85xoyfwu4d6cw49u0gub6/AP_0tpoNwx9OzP__GCscJ2I?rlkey=siehwtwkvynwe1mzyop3lc59u&st=p2reie01&dl=0 . The tender documents shall be available for download from 4th to 18th August, 2025.
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Ghana Cedis and shall remain valid for 90 days from the closing date of tender.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with Tenderer’s Name and Reference Number of project and delivered on or before 18th August, 2025 at 4:00pm.
A box to receive tenders will be placed at a vantage and secure place of the organization for two copies (finance and Technical) of tenders to be placed inside.
Late tenders will be rejected. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. However, tenderers shall be required to submit soft copies of tender documents after tender opening.
