Responsibilities

• your main responsibility is to make sure that security guards assigned you are performing accordingly and that you are recruiting able, capable, enthusiastic persons to always functioning to the company’s perfection and in all levels.
• You are to visit the various clients that we have and do a thorough assessment of their surroundings and advise them on the way forward.
• You need to make sure all personnel have gone through the company’s policies and procedures.
• Proper training on their job responsibilities and responsibilities.
• Recruiting of capable and efficient applicants to fill job vacancies. A recruitment target of six (6) candidates every week
• You are to make sure daily spot checks and patrols are done.
• Also, you need to make sure that zonal meetings are in progress every month and report accordingly.
• You are to train your guards efficiently and effectively towards the attainment of the organizational goals and recruit able and capable people to fill the vacancies.
• You will also be responsible for a zone that you control.
• You are responsible for all other duties that will be placed on you at any given time.
