Job Description

  • Location: Osu-Accra, Ghana
  • Shift Pattern: 3 Shifts per Day (Morning, Afternoon, and Night)

Join our team as a Client Support Executive / Monitoring Room Services and play a key role in our Monitoring Room operations!

Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Client Support Executives / Monitoring Room Services to monitor and respond to alarm signals, CCTV, maintain building security, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to various alarm signals
  • Prepare daily fault reports for Operations
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external departments
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Complete equipment checks and logs
  • Answer multiple telephone lines and respond to customer enquiries
  • Ensure customer expectations are met
  • Maintain building security and monitoring response centre operations
  • Complete assigned duties and special projects
  • Support the Sales Team on outreach programmes (when off-duty)

Reporting
The Client Support Executive / Monitoring Room Services will report directly to the Lead, Monitoring Room Services.

Required Skills or Experience

Ideal Candidate

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and familiarity with monitoring room operations are desirable.
