Job Description

Reports to: General Manager

Job Purpose

To ensure the effective execution of on-site construction activities while maintaining safety, quality, and timeline standards.

Key Duties/Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations on construction sites.
Ensure workers follow safety regulations and project specifications.
Manage site materials and report needs to procurement team.
Liaise with engineers, project managers, and suppliers.
Maintain daily logs, site reports, and attendance records.

Required Skills or Experience

Eduaction

Minimum qualification:HND or Degree

Skills/Competencies

Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
Strong leadership and organizational ability.
Ability to read drawings and interpret plans.
Attention to detail and problem-solving.

N:B: Must reside in Accra and be able to easily commute to and from Circle
