Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic business development.
  • Identify, prospect, and cultivate new client relationships across target industries.
  • Present and promote the company’s archive and information management solutions to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, technical, and customer service) to develop tailored client solutions.
  • Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management.

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the archive or information management industry.
  • Knowledge of archive and records management principles and/or related technologies is an added advantage 
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
