Job Description

A reputable company located in Kwesitenten invites qualified individual consultants or consulting firms to express their interest in providing consultancy services to develop three critical ESG-related policies:

• Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Policy
• Stakeholder and Customer Engagement Policy
• Grievance Mechanism Policy

Scope of Work
The consultant will:

• Assess current operational practices through consultations with staff and management
• Conduct stakeholder consultations where appropriate
• Benchmark policy content against relevant ESG standards and industry best practices
• Draft the three policies in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Finalize policies based on feedback and provide concise implementation guidance

Expected Deliverables

• Draft and final versions of the three policies
• Policy implementation guidance
• Validation/debriefing session with company leadership

Required Skills or Experience

Applicants should demonstrate:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing ESG-related corporate policies.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ESG frameworks and applicable regulatory standards
• Proven experience in ESG policy drafting and stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with Ghanaian regulatory and business context is an advantage
• Excellent writing, facilitation, and policy development skills
