Job Description ACTIVATE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM - APPLICATION NOW OPEN! The ACTIVATE Scholarship Program, a collaboration between World University Service of Canada (WUSC) and the Mastercard Foundation, is now accepting applications for its next cohort. The scholarship is designed to empower young Ghanaians and refugees through inclusive, market-relevant training in agriculture and adjacent trades. The program especially prioritizes young women, persons with disabilities and refugees and displaced persons, helping them overcome financial barriers and access sustainable livelihoods through Agricultural Technical and Vocational Education and Training (ATVET). I have a Junior High School Certificate. Can I apply? Ans: Yes, you can apply. C. I dropped out in my final year at Junior High school, do I qualify? Ans: No, you don’t qualify. D. I have dual citizenship; can I apply? Ans: Yes, you are eligible to apply. E. I have an admission offer from one of the Technical universities to pursue a diploma in the technical trade area. Can I apply? Ans: No please, the admission offer must come from the participating institutions F. Does life insurance cover me and my spouse? Ans: No please, it only covers the scholarship recipient G. I am a continuing student. Can I apply? Ans: Yes, the scholarship is being awarded to both new and continuing students. H. Does the scholarship pay stipends)? Ans: Yes, every scholarship awardee receives a monthly stipend to cater for transportation, textbooks, handouts data for research etc.
