Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution services; supervising staff. To planning, organizing and controlling the warehouse and warehousing activities to ensure safe, productive, high quality processes in support of our external and internal customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting and training employees
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system
- Achieves financial objectives and budgets by delivering items in BOQs
- Counting the received items and create serial GRNs after the eyes QA inspections, deliver the needed copies procurement for acceptance process.
- Create the inventory minimum values by creating the MSL across the country
- Serial GDN for any delivery of items with all details, Item Code& Item description and QTYs with confirmed project number
- Recording all GDN for any project in daily bases and for O&M in weekly bases
- Checking QB monthly inventory report to confirm QTYS received & QTYS delivered and QTYs on hands per region
- Ensure all operation will run smoothly without any delay by having all the needed staff in place in time
- With cooperation with SHERQ to check and track QTYs delivered to make sure it is used on sites
- HSE and needed insurances to be in place
- Utilizing using Netis Assets
- Filing all documents
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports
- Ready for audit and checking any time

- Conduct thorough risk assessments within their respective zones or areas of responsibility.
- Ensure compliance with Lifesaving rules (LSR) and other safety protocols on the ground.
- Provide leadership and guidance to field technicians, ensuring they adhere to safety guidelines and best practices.
- Monitor and assess safety performance in the field, identifying potential hazards and implementing control measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement safety initiatives and improve safety culture in the field.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with safety standards and LSR.
- Provide timely feedback and coaching to field technicians to improve their safety awareness and performance.
- Enforce compliance with Lifesaving rules and safety protocols on the ground.
- Allocate resources and prioritize safety initiatives within their zones.
- Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance and identify corrective actions.
- Apply the stop work authority in case of non-compliance with the Lifesaving rules.
