Job Description

We are a well-reputable Ghanaian company engaged in the trading of key agricultural commodities such as Raw Cashew Nuts, Roasted Cashew, Soyabeans, and Shea Nut . With operational offices and branches in India and Vietnam, we are strategically positioned to serve global markets. As part of our ambitious growth strategy, we are expanding into new frontiers with upcoming offices in Côte d’Ivoire and other African countries. Building on our strong trading foundation, we are diversifying into the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector with the launch of premium rice and cooking oil brands in Ghana.

Role Overview
The Creative Digital Manager will spearhead the launch by developing and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns, managing our online brand presence, and ensuring that our marketing efforts translate into engagement, conversions, and sales. This role requires both creative vision and strong technical knowledge of digital tools and performance metrics.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Lead creative campaigns across social media, search, display, email, and other digital channels.
  • Produce and manage high-quality visual, written, and video content that strengthens brand identity.
  • Analyze performance data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Manage SEO, SEM, and paid media efforts to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Oversee the company’s website and ensure it is optimized for user experience and search rankings.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and measurable impact.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a cutting-edge digital presence.
  • Build and manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and digital vendors when necessary.

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG or a similar fast-paced sector.
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end digital campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and other performance tools.
  • Excellent graphic design and content creation skills (experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
