Job Description

The Marketing Department is our core business unit that helps to promote and sell the company’s brand and products.

Our Core marketing functions include understanding audience needs, shaping differentiated brand messaging, selecting optimal channels, generating leads across touch points, driving sales growth and nurturing lasting customer loyalty.

Our company is looking for a marketing/sales representatives to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals of our household products.

Key Responsibilities

Generating leads.
Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Assist to determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
Understanding and promoting company programs.
Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
Visiting Existing and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
Maintaining client records.
Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

Required Skills or Experience

WASSE/Diploma/HND in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
Experienced and understand marketing/ sales process and dynamics.
A commitment to excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
Must be able to speak a minimum of two local languages (Twi, a must)
Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
Must have at least 2years experience in driving with a valid license
Must be between 20 years to a maximum of 37 years.
Must be willing to work in Kumasi and the job is located in Kumasi-Ashanti-Region

Requirements will include but not limited to:

Having a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills.
vibrant and target oriented
Being loyal, reliable and punctual with the ability to work with little or no supervision on the role applied for
Having to work overtime when necessary
Have experience in local market sales
