Children Believe (CB) with financial support of Global Affairs Canada is implementing the “Championing Nutrition and Gender Equality (CB-CHANGE)” project in 9 districts of 3 regions of northern Ghana, and intends to apply part of the funding to payments under contract for the supply of Essential Medicines to health facilities within its catchment area.
Children Believe (CB) invites sealed bids from qualified companies for the supply of Essential Medicines as listed in the schedule below:

How To Apply Bidders shall quote for any combination or all lots. Bidders shall quote all items in the required quantities specified for each lot they shall bid for to be considered responsive to the call. Bids which do not offer complete list of lots and full quantities of items in the chosen lot (s) shall be rejected. Bids shall be based on lot combinations that provides advantage to the purchaser. Bidders providing discounts shall do so on Lot by Lot basis and not cross-discounting over lots. Delivery of supplies shall be within 15 days after the date of contract signing.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from Children Believe Country Office or via email: ghanainfo@childrenbelieve.ca on weekdays (except on public holidays) from 8:30hrs to 16:00hrs.
The successful bidder may be eligible for a Standing Agreement over the duration of the project. The contractual obligation of the awarding authority in subsequent years is however contingent upon compliance of the successful bidder and availability of funds.
A set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵300.00). Mode of payment is by cash.
