Job Description

Job Overview
AutoShack Ghana is looking for an experienced and skilled Panel Beater / Auto Body Mechanic with sprayer expertise to join our team. In addition to repairing and restoring the body of damaged vehicles, you will also be responsible for spraying and finishing vehicle surfaces to restore the vehicle's appearance and provide a professional finish.

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Panel Beater / Auto Body Mechanic with sprayer experience.
Solid knowledge of auto body repair techniques, tools, and materials.
Ability to assess vehicle damage and perform body repairs including dent removal, frame straightening, and panel replacement.
Ability to prepare and prime vehicle surfaces for painting, ensuring proper preparation for a smooth finish.
Familiarity with spray painting and vehicle painting equipment, including spray guns and related tools.
Welding experience is a plus.
Ability to perform basic mechanical repairs and maintenance.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
Proactive, technically inclined with the ability to think critically.
Decent computer usage ability.
