Job Description

The Creative Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing creative artwork and layouts for print materials, ensuring that all outputs meet client requirements and the company’s quality standards. The role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise in design software, and an understanding of printing processes.

Duties
  • Develop and design high-quality creative concepts, layouts, and artwork for brochures, flyers, posters, banners, packaging, and other print materials.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design briefs and translate them into visual concepts.
  • Ensure designs are print-ready by preparing files in correct formats, resolutions, and color modes.
  • Liaise with press operators and production staff to ensure accurate color matching, finishing, and overall print quality.
  • Work on branding projects including logos, corporate identity, and marketing materials.
  • Keep up-to-date with design trends, printing techniques, and new technologies in the print industry.
  • Review and proofread designs to check for errors before final printing.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Provide creative input to enhance the company’s product and service offerings.
  • Maintain an organized library of design templates, fonts, images, and other resources.

Required Skills or Experience

Education & Experience
  • Degree in Creative Designer
  • At least 1 – 3 years of working experience as a graphic designer
  • Experience with a printing press will be an advantage 
Requirements
  • Basic Knowledge in creative designing 
  • Experience producing printed materials such as catalogs, and textile prints
  • Understanding of printing standards
  • Proficient with software such as illustrator, Indesign, and Photoshop
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to handle projects at the same time and meet deadlines
  • Great communication skills
