A reputable Microfinance institution seeks to employ the services of competent persons for the position of Field Officers

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for marketing the bank’s microfinance loan products.
• Responsible for disbursement and recovery of group loans.

Required Skills or Experience

• HND (Accounting, Marketing  or any other option) from a credible institution.
• Ability to ride Motor Bike is highly recommended

• Manage microfinance operations, assess loan applications and provide financial advisory services to clients
• Exceptional customer service experience and resolution of  issues promptly will be a plus.

• Must be computer literate, 
• Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft word and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Very analytical and paying attention to details
• Demonstrate high standards of integrity, professionalism and adheres to ethical standards
