Job Description

• Location: Central, Volta, Bono, Ashanti, Northern & Upper West Regions

The Field Officer is tasked with overseeing field operations, ensuring project targets are met, and maintaining strong relationships with Community Health Volunteers and stakeholders. This role involves significant on-site presence, product supplies, data collection, and reporting to support the successful execution of the project.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders including local authorities and community members.
• Coordinate field operations and activities including, recruitment and selection of Community Health Volunteers (CHVs), supervision & resupplies of products to CHVs, demand generation & outreaches and support training program.
• Ensure compliance with organization and project policies, guidelines/protocols, plans and timelines.
• Collect and analyze field data to report project progress.
• Prepare and present reports on field activities and findings.
• Address and resolve issues that may arise in the field and any other duties that may be assigned to you.
