Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization’s IT systems and networks.
• Oversee and regularly update the organization’s website.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging digital content.
• Provide IT support to staff and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Develop multimedia content to support communications.
• Create simple animations for campaigns and digital storytelling.

Required Skills or Experience

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of social media management and website maintenance.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
