Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing building projects from concept to completion. The role requires proficiency in CAD software and the ability to produce 3D drawings and visualizations that bring designs to life.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, drawings, and specifications for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Prepare 2D CAD drawings and 3D models for design presentation and project execution.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into innovative, functional designs.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders during all project phases.
• Present design concepts through sketches, diagrams, and 3D visualizations.
• Review construction work to ensure it aligns with approved plans.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, sustainable practices, and modern design technologies.
