Job Summary
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operations at the branch level, ensuring client satisfaction, driving sales, and managing security personnel effectively in their assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and evaluate branch staff.
• Develop and execute branch sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service delivery standards.
• Manage branch budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Prepare performance reports and present to senior management.

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Security Management, or related field.
• 5+ years’ managerial experience in the security industry or service sector.
• Proven record of meeting sales/revenue targets.
