Job Description

  • Location: Accra, Kumasi & Tamale

Job Summary
The Administrator will oversee day-to-day office operations, support management in coordinating resources, and ensure the smooth running of administrative and support functions across the company’s regional branches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage correspondence, filing systems, and official documentation.
  • Oversee office supplies, logistics, and vendor relations.
  • Maintain staff records and assist with HR processes.
  • Support financial reporting, invoicing, and petty cash management.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and handle internal communications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and security regulations.

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administration (preferably in the security or service industry).
  • Strong IT literacy (MS Office, database systems).

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
