With an expanding presence in Ghana, we are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Manager to oversee and optimize our office’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations for both hardware and software systems.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled programmer to complete the remaining edits on an existing website and then transition the platform from WordPress to a custom-coded solution. The current site is live but limited by theme restrictions — we now need a developer who can handle both the immediate fixes and a full custom build.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete outstanding site edits and improvements on the current build.
• Implement a deposit payment system with admin-controlled refunds.
• Integrate and configure payment gateways (Paystack, Hubtel, Flutterwave, etc.).
• Transition the project from WordPress into a fully custom-coded platform (PHP/Laravel/Node.js or similar).
• Ensure scalability, mobile responsiveness, and secure coding standards.

Required Skills or Experience

• Strong background in PHP, Laravel, Node.js, or other modern frameworks.
• Experience with custom integrations for African payment gateways.
• Ability to build secure, scalable platforms from scratch.
• Reliable, communicative, and able to deliver within deadlines.
