About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Executive to spearhead our sales initiatives, build strategic relationships and expand our footprint within the FMCG and packaging industry. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to deliver consistent results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities across SME and corporate markets.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
  • Promote and sell the company’s diverse range of packaging solutions including pouches, labels, bottles, jars, and machinery.
  • Conduct market intelligence to track customer needs, industry trends, and competitive activities.
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate professional sales proposals and contracts.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to drive promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline with accurate records of activities, leads, and forecasts.
  • Deliver excellent after-sales service and act as the primary liaison for client support and feedback.

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years proven sales experience; prior experience in packaging, FMCG, or B2B sales will be a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain client trust.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently while contributing to a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing or social media sales experience is a plus.
