Key Responsibilities

Program & Optimize: Load cutting programs, nest parts for material optimization, and adjust parameters to minimize waste and maximize yield
Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and position large panels. Ensure proper labeling and staging for edge banding and CNC machining

Context and Project Description
VIS has been active in Ghana since 2015, mainly in the areas of vocational training, migration, organic farming, and education. Demonstrate experience auditing NGOs and donor-funded entities.

The contract shall be awarded to the bidder with the highest combined technical and financial score, subject to successful negotiations (if necessary).
VIS Ghana reserves the right to:
Accept or reject any quotation
Annul the procurement process
Cancel the procurement without incurring liability
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms shall be agreed upon during contract negotiation and may be structured as follows:
60% upon commencement of fieldwork
40% upon submission of final signed audit report

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated person to join our team as Payroll Officer.
Role Purpose
To Provide key payroll support and coordinate and support payment of staff wages and salaries and other benefits in an efficient and timely manner.
Key Accountabilities
Ensure new recruits are set up on the payroll system (i.e. Set up all applicable earnings and deductions e.g. Duty allowance, Provident Fund etc.)
Support the entire payroll functions and ensure that all pay groups (e.g. employees and governmental agencies - IRS & SNNIT) are paid accurately and timely.
Prepare monthly Basic salary reconciliation for all pay groups and payment requisitions for approval.
Support the full implementation of the statutory laws, policies, the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) and procedures.
Investigate and resolve enquiries from Human Resources, Government Agencies and employees.
