JOB SUMMARY
The Project Controls Manager is responsible for end-to-end execution of medium-to-large-scale electrical projects across mining sector and power utility infrastructure. This includes substations, transmission lines, switchyards, and plant electrification systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required safety and quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.
Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-SP, or equivalent are desirable.
MBA or MSc in Project Management or Project Administration is an added advantage.
Typically, 7–10+ years of relevant experience with significant experience in project management.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
The successful candidate should have strong experience in the following:
Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
Project scheduling and critical-path analysis
Cost control and forecasting
Earned Value Management
Progress measurement
Budget development and baseline management
Change and variation control
Risk and opportunity management
Procurement and material tracking
Construction and commissioning controls
KPI development and dashboard reporting
Contract and commercial awareness
Excel and project reporting systems
