Course Overview

Project management skills are fast becoming one of the most important business knowledge sets and are essential for achieving project success for a wide range of people. Projects are also being used to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs, improve the work environment and in al areas where a change is needed. 

This 8-week course, led by a seasoned triner and practitioner, will cover the most relevant topics in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) through lectures, quizzes, exercise and projects, as you prepare for the Project Management Institute (PMI) Certificate Exams.

Objectives: 

Participants in this highly interactive and practical 8-day course will learn; 

• Foundational topics including project selection, benefits management and investment appraisal
• Projection initiation and planning and the overarching need for integration management
• Project implementation, monitoring and control to ensure that it is kept in acceptable bounds (scope, cost, etc)
