Job Description

Responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of careers.        
General Responsibilities :

  • Develop, implement, and monitor training/orientation programs.     
  • Create training materials and manuals. 
  • Prepare and implement training budget. 
  • Provide training performance feedback. 
  • Build solid cross-functional relationships. 
  • Evaluate needs of company and plan training 
  • programs accordingly.         
  • Provide leadership development education. 

Required Skills or Experience

  • Minimum of first degree         
  • Minimum of 3 years Insurance training experience         
  • A deep knowledge of the Insurance business. 
  • The ability to measure and assess staff training needs.        
  • Stong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for continuous learning. 
  • Innovative thinking.
