Job Description

Position Title : Head - Human Resources
Level : L 8      
Reports to : Country Head
Function : Human Resources
Location : Accra
 
Basic Data Function description
The incumbent will be responsible for resource planning and recruitment; training; managing a variety of HR issues at any one time and being the final point of contact for all  employee related issues.He/She  may also oversee the company's salary review process, payroll and all compensation and benefits  issues and  works closely and in support of the CEO, Finance department and other department heads.

1 Design and Deliver  HR strategy for WHG in line with business objectives Full 
2 Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan Full 
3 Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organisation, as and when they occur Full 
4 Conduct training needs analysis and designs and implement a training plan with input from business heads Full
5 Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant Full
6 Provide day to day advice to team members on all human resource issues: management of staff, remuneration, etc. Full 
7 Design & plan  process/system  for identifying employees with high potential for recruitment and succession planning Full
