We work to improve the health of people living in Ghana primarily through implementation of innovative evidence-based interventions that increases access to and utilization of health products and services in a measurable and impactful way. Our key intervention areas include Family Planning and Reproductive Health, Maternal, New-born, and Child Health (RMNCH), communicable and noncommunicable diseases, Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), nutrition, and malaria. We utilize our deep insight and skills in Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC) and social marketing to promote positive social and behavior change among individuals and communities. Our Mission Job Description Total Family Health Organisation (TFHO), now invites qualified Consultants with proven ability to submit proposals for providing HR Consultancy as per below. TFHO is seeking a reliable Consultants with the capacity to perform these services as specified in the below table. Interested firms are responsible for ensuring that their proposals are received by TFHO in accordance with the instructions, terms, and conditions described in this RFP. Failure to adhere with instructions described in this RFP may lead to disqualification Proposals submitted and questions regarding this Request for Proposals (RFP) shall be ONLY via email to procurement@tfhoghana.org by the date and time specified below. The award of a contract is subjected to the availability of funds. Issuance of this RFP does not constitute an award or commitment on the part of TFHO to pay for cost incurred in the preparation and submission of proposal. Objectives The HR Department, instead of operating in an ad hoc manner needs to streamline some activities of the department. This exercise is to enable HR to create a structured pay grade system as well a talent management structure. It is very important for the organisation to achieve its targets, results and impacts as efficiently and effectively as possible and for this to be done, the review of job descriptions will determine the tasks which make up the job and accountabilities required of the holder of the job for a successful job performance.
