Job Description

Our client, a manufacturing company is looking to hire a payroll supervisor to help manage its operations in Ghana.

 

ROLE PROFILE

The successful applicant will oversee and supervise the organizations payroll functions, ensuring that pay is processed on time, accurately, and ensure that there is compliance with government regulations.

 

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Finish monthly salary calculation on time and handle abnormal incidents of salary accounting.
  • Accept relevant inquiries from employees and explain the company's remuneration and welfare policies and calculation processes.
  • Follow up on monthly payment of SSNIT and income tax and solve problems on time.
  • Maintain relations with SSNIT, PETRA and other external departments and institutions when necessary.
  • Review the collected and summarized performance evaluation files, and accept performance complaints and feedback, summarize, analyze, and report to Human Resource Business Partner.
  • Perform other duties assigned.

 

Required Skills or Experience

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance and Accounting or any other related role.
  • 5years working experience in related field
  • 2 years experience in management role.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent Microsoft office skills
  • Communication and coordination skills
  • An active thinker
