Job Responsibilities

Customer Engagement Officers are responsible for a wide variety of roles and responsibilities. They include – 

  1. Interact with customers, identify their needs, and suggest new products and services that suit their interests.
  2. Interact with the customers and take their feedback regularly. 
  3. Contribute to engagement ideas on the company’s system
  4. Collaborate with different teams and monitor all aspects of the project, including communication, technology, development, and technology.
  5. Lead various customer projects simultaneously and use different tools for the same.
  6. Answering customers incoming calls and interacting with them about their needs and providing resolutions
  7. Providing excellent service and support to the existing customers to build healthy relationships with them.
  8. Adhering to company set KPIs and following processes at all times

Required Skills or Experience

  • Degree/HND/Diploma
  • Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service (phone/email based preferred). Committed to exceeding key performance indicators
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office and email) and the ability to adapt to different IT systems
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Ability to build effective relationships
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and demonstrate emotional resilience
  • Integrity, reliability and good work ethic
  • Master of multitasking; ability to manage several systems and tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail
  • Team oriented and ability to work collaboratively and unsupervised
