Job Description

• The intern will be based in Akuse in the Eastern Region.

• Recruitment of Factory Workers
• On-boarding activities for new hires.
• Updating employee databases by entering new employee contact information, details, and more.
• Organizing and setting up interviews with any shortlisted candidates.
• Coordinating logistics for training programs.
• Helping in organizing company events and corporate activities.
• Completing HR documentation,
• Learning and getting familiar with the company’s HR policies and employee benefits to be able to respond to any internal staff inquiries.
• Providing other administrative support.
• Participating in trainings.
