Job Description
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Admin Executive Assistant located in Accra.
The HR & Admin Executive Assistant will provide a broad variety of administrative assistance to the Managing Director and
support the HR and Admin team. The ideal candidate must be professional, disciplined, confidential, attentive, and articulate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and edit correspondence,communications, presentations and other documents
- Manage and Coordinate schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors and customers
- Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
- Review internal systems and implement improvements where necessary
- Prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues addressed to the Managing Director including those of confidential nature and determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response
- Work closely and effectively with the Managing Director to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and
- responsibilities and following up appropriately
- Handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and through on issues to successful completion, often with tight deadlines
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials when required
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR and Admin team
Required Skills or Experience
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role
- Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills, with a proven ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
- High level of emotional intelligence, adaptability, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed, including occasional evenings or weekends.
