Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Training Manager to lead the delivery of our training services to corporate clients and industry groups. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in training and development, with a strong ability to manage and organize training sessions that meet the specific needs of diverse clients. This role requires excellent organizational skills, client relationship management, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to identify the training needs of corporate clients and industry groups.
  • Program Development: Design and develop customized training programs that address the unique requirements of each client.
  • Training Delivery: Oversee the delivery of training sessions, ensuring high-quality and engaging experiences for participants.
  • Organization of Training Sessions: Plan and coordinate all logistical aspects of training sessions, including venue selection, scheduling, and materials preparation.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all training-related matters.
  • Evaluation and Feedback: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, collecting feedback to continuously improve offerings.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of trainers, ensuring they are well-prepared and supported in delivering training sessions.
  • Budget Management: Manage the training budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure training programs remain relevant and impactful.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote training services and attract new clients.

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role focused on corporate clients and industry groups.

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
